Upon Arrival, please come to our office at 6455 Maddox Blvd. to pick up your key to the property. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm. If you arrive after our office is closed, you will pick up your check in envelope from the vinyl cabinet near the Coldwell Banker Office door.
For Trash pick-up, your check in information will tell you when the town trash pick-up day and you should put the cans curbside the night before the designated pick-up day. In the Prime Season (Mid-June through Labor Day) we also have someone pick up any remaining garbage on your check out day, please make sure cans are curbside. In the Off Season (After Labor day through mid-June) you are required to take any remaining garbage to the town recycling center located on Deep Hole Rd. The recycle center is closed on Tuesdays. The town does not pick up recyclable. If you wish to recycle please take it the the recycle center.
Most homes do not provide Linens or Towels, please remember to bring them along with Paper Products. All homes require you to bring paper products, soaps and trash bags. The homes that do provide Linens and Towels will be specified under the property description.
Upon Departure check-out time is at 10:00 am. Upon check-out: Wash and put away all dishes. Sweep and vacuum floors (excessive sand left will result in extra cleaning charges). Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer. Remove all personal items from bathroom. Return all furniture to original position. Close and lock all windows and doors. For properties with a grill: clean before departure. For Pet Friendly properties: clean yard of all pet waste. Return your key to our office. If you paid the $600 refundable security deposit, this will be returned, less any damages, approximately 3 weeks from departure date.
